This
is a limited edition plate issued after the 1956 World
Series commemorating the perfect game thrown by the
New York Yankees Don Larsen. Game 5 played
on October 8th 1956 against the Brooklyn Dodgers
was the First, and only perfect game thrown in a
World Series. There are three different variations of
this plate. The one below left has a copyright mark on
the bottom of the plate, the plate pictured on the right
has obvious differences, and the plate featured above
has the plate mark pictured below center.
