is a Mickey Mantle Pencil set circa late 1950s,
1960s.The pencils have a facsimile signature and his
picture, which is also on the card that they are stapled
to. The original price of this pencil set is
25 cents. a single pencil can sell for $15 - $25. The
Item below; original display box which contained 24
pencil sets, sold for $1,900.00 at Sotheby's auction
house. the box with only two of the 24 sets left, and
one set was autographed.
